“OVERCOME BARRIERS TOWARDS LIBERATION”

Offering Sex Therapy, Individual Therapy, and Relationship Therapy in California and virtually in Florida.

Find Liberation Through Therapy

Liberate Via Therapy is made up of therapists who are enthusiastic about providing therapeutic services. Although we welcome people of all backgrounds, we are especially excited to support people of color (Latin/x/e, Black, Indigenous), undocumented individuals, and the marginalized. We believe, once liberated from internal and external barriers, you will live a fulfilling life. In our collaboration with you:

  • We help empower you to achieve the sexual freedom, personal development, and healthy relationships that you desire.

  • We attend to your mental health needs while being mindful of the sociopolitical forces that influence your lives.

  • We confidently push therapy to its edges as we welcome, integrate, and transmute learned lessons from altered states of consciousness into wisdom.

  • We gently challenge you as you navigate your journey towards liberation.

How We Can Help

Current therapists are bilingual in English and Spanish; and culturally sensitive to the mental health needs of diverse backgrounds.

We understand therapy can be freighting. So, we approach every client with an open mind and never make any assumptions about your life experiences. Every individual faces unique challenges and needs to work on themselves at their own pace, and we’re here to help you along your own distinct journey.

Our Top Three Values

  • Intersectionality - It's important that the whole person is recognized (gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnic background, disabilities, religion, etc.) and to understand how systems at large create discrimination/disadvantages for people based on how they identify.

  • Authenticity - We don't show up to therapy as a robot. We laugh, smile, empathize with you, and share our own emotions with you. Our hope in being OUR authentic self is that it encourages you to be YOUR authentic self, too.

  • Safety - The physical and emotional safety of our clients are always valued at the highest levels. Therapy must be a safe space for you to share every part of yourself.
